A decision based on what an individual feels, sees or believes as fact, truth, but it can be the biggest, most devastating scandal, offense against another persons reputation, actions, intentions and/or real reason for someones decisions. Just saying Im sorry, or I shouldnt have done it, does not wipe out or clean away the hurt, harm, and/or scar that the offense, sin or damage caused to the mind, body or the Soul, or to the victim of our offensive action.
