To kill means many things, because there are many ways to destroy another’s life personally, many times one’s direction, one’s actions when in charge of people, some very young and even some older.

Authority, when it is evil and/or physically, mentally evil, develops in others hate and/or self-protection, eliminating moral ethics, conditions and/or mental and/or physical defense.”
