“Criticism can be, and many times is a powerful deterrent against goodness, truth, and sometimes is damaging to sound facts, theory, and obligations.
Criticism is many times based on jealousy, and/or wrong interpretation.
Criticism can be convincing, but also must and should carry a burden of proof.
Criticism can be false witness.
Criticism can be the result of envy.
Criticism does not mean that the subject, object, or matter of criticism is positively untruth.
Some people are critical of everything, and are basically ignorant to values and obvious truths that are worthwhile.
Criticism is most times merely opinion, and/or one’s own insecurity.
Criticism when it is ‘constructive’ and done with ‘no’ malice, anger or self-love, can be an act of sincerity, concern, and welcomed.
Jealousy many times manifests itself through biased criticism, or unjust criticism, due to a tremendous ego, insecurity, and/or a total lack of self-confidence.
Jealousy can be dangerous.”
