“The full meaning of this much used statement refers to many facets of daily life, certainly not just the financial status that is so often referred to in describing the living conditions of some people.
This statement should be looked at more in depth regarding the moral values and moral standards, plus the right or wrong in social values and practices.
There is much emphasis on making it financially, but also there is much acceptance of loose conduct in the practice of adultery, promiscuity, pornography and prostitution.
In the drive for formal academic education, the so-called need to live in a coeducational atmosphere has been overworked and overlooked as a possible means for permissiveness and adultery.
Excuses come in many disguises, and this need to have a roommate to accomplish educational goals is nothing but a facade to commit adultery. Surely everyone involved in this vile immorality can see the diabolical offenses against God’s Commandments. If they act as though it should be accepted, it should be rejected by those who see the wrong in it.
Whatever happened to a Code of Ethics, a Code of Honor, a Code of Morality?
There are so many monumental deplorable excuses to disregard sound moral values and standards, because there are so few in the clergy that dare to stand up and be counted through their deliberate stands and talks against all that is morbidly destroying the Greatness of God’s Commandments.”
