“Few people are inclined to examine their conscience and really be unbiased in their conclusions.

For instance:

1. Are my prayers said with sincere, conscious understanding and belief in the words?

2. Do I admit to myself that my morals, my behavior, could stand some changes, maybe even major changes, because of the damage they are presently doing to my Soul?

3. Am I good example to everyone else, or do I encourage laxness in moral values and moral standards because of my attitude, the way I dress, my inclinations to enjoy permissiveness, indecencies, foolish and even physically harmful substances or companions?

4. Does my ego need attention to the point that I am irritating and cause others to be unkind, or ridiculously competitive?”
