“Awareness of Saints has a comfort in it, especially the Ones we have been informed about, and feel we can pray to Them because They were once upon the earth and are now bearing the Title we are all hoping to attain one day.
We also find comfort in the fact that the Title ‘Saint’ is between us as an individual and God, and we do not have to become acknowledged by the men in the Church. This knowledge has so much satisfaction and hope, plus encouragement for each of us, because it says: ‘It is my love for God, my desire to please Him, and what I did with my physical life, ever conscious of my Soul, that I will be Blessed with being with God for All Eternity.’
It is so comforting to know God is my Judge, and I do not have to depend upon man’s interpretation or evaluation of my life to make me a Saint.
What a beautiful oneness we have with God when we understand that as our Soul is a Portion of Him, our Soul will be our representative before God with all our inner feelings, love, desire to please God, that no one else really knows about.
Public acclaim is for those who depend on being judged by men. It is more comforting to know that God makes Saints because He Knows All Things.”
