“What Commandments could be termed a Commandment based on a simple word, ‘loyalty’? As we look into History we find that loyalty was an important issue. It was almost referred to as an unwritten law that people depended upon, whether it be as a member of a different tribe of people or to a particular belief.
Loyalty seemed to be one of the outstanding characteristics of the Apostles. In spite of their background, in spite of their obligations, they found loyalty to Christ an innate necessity because of what they gained from being with Him, how they felt that what He taught was superior to anything they had ever heard or had before.
As we look at The Commandments of God realistically, logically, we find that loyalty enters into each one, loyalty of reason, of purpose, of logic, of necessity, and in many areas wherein we could be distracted from loyalty and the lack of loyalty arouses the wrongdoing to occur.
Loyalty has a definite aspect of respect in it. Loyalty has commitment, responsibility, dedication. Loyalty has purpose, understanding, obligation. As a Roman Catholic Christian we innately feel that we must have a loyalty to God above all things, through our obedience to His Commandments, and of course, loyalty to the Pope.
It is easy to be loyal to the Pope, perhaps because of distance and perhaps because of it being so ingrained in us that he walks in the footsteps of Peter, which we understand was the first man to truly walk in the Steps of Christ.
It is always a comforting, secure, idealistic feeling that as a Roman Catholic we have such a man as the Holy Father who, in essence, represents what we feel, what we have learned is the foundation, the stability, the strength that controls the whole of Holy Mother Church.
Most people have a need for a particular security that gives stability to everyday life, other than their innate belief in God, BUT we must, as Roman Catholics, look at the realistic infidelity that the authority in the ranks in Holy Mother Church oftentimes forces on the Mystical Body of Christ.
The very logic that is innate because of Christ’s Purpose in the Formal Foundation of Christianity, can never be dislodged or dismissed from its proper place by any position of authority in Holy Mother Church. A certain amount of change is understandable, according to time and advancement in science, but no man has the right nor the power to place The Tabernacle, The Blessed Sacrament in a secondary or blind spot in any structure in Holy Mother Church. It is sacrilegious, it is desecration, and these men who lead such wrong are hypocrites and heretics.
How can a man justify putting Christ second to himself, when he should be understanding of Who the Core of the Church is, Who sponsored Holy Mother Church in the Formal Foundation of Christianity? How can any man say he believes in Christianity if he diminishes the Founder, and places the Founder in a position of unimportance, strictly symbolic, secondary to the prescribed formal ritual leading up to, enveloping, encircling the Highlight, the Important Part of Holy Mass?
