So many people use God to cultivate their own importance in fabricating fantasies that convince so many people of their close connection to God, and how powerful this connection is to interceding for others, to be their instrument of miracles.

There are many peddlers of faith that are mere story tellers, basing some of their interpretation on scripture, twisting the scripture to fit their own purpose.”
