"TO WHAT DEGREE DO I EXPRESS MY FAITH IN GOD?"

“If you were asked how you would describe your Faith in God, according to the degree of its limit, its particular part of your life, and its effect on your moral code of ethics, how would you describe your Faith in God on a thermometer that would register in a manner of tepid, hot, cold, or even empty?

Some people sincerely feel that they have a deep sincere love for God because their Faith in Him is based on their attending a religious service once a week or when it is convenient for their mode of life.

Some people base their degree of Faith in God on how they go to Him when they are in need. Some people base it on their innate acceptance of His Existence, ignoring any special attention to Him.

Prayer is a powerful communication between mankind and God, plus remembering to follow God’s Ten Commandments as a particular form of belief in God, which openly expresses an understanding of His Authority based on and in the sound morality of His Ten Commandments.

Needless to say, we all recognize that actions speak louder than words, so we must measure our degree of Faith in God by our everyday example in how we handle our responsibilities.

So many people determine the justice of their actions, their opinions, their interpretations, their apologetics, their failures, their successes, on their personal code of ethics, many times omitting a very important word that should precede their determination on justice, and that word is sound logic, sound values, sound standards. The word ‘sound’ expresses more fully the depth of the words that follow it, the direction of the words that follow, and of course, the value of the words that follow.

Our human body is temperature controlled, and the slightest increase or decrease can be detrimental to our life. It is a signal of alert. What about the slightest change in our degree of love for God through our Faith in God? Can this not be compared to the love we have for our physical well-being?

Soon people throughout the world will begin to plan for a big celebration that has traditionally lasted for two thousand years, and we must remember it was the formal beginning of Christianity.

Christianity in its time upon earth has suffered many trials and tribulations, but Christianity can never die because of Who Instituted It, Who Established It, and Who Is The Head of It.

We must always remember one very special thing: What God Creates or Establishes cannot be destroyed by man or satan.

Does this not say, confirm, and give strength, hope, and logic to our Faith in God? We must always be sure to make our Faith in God an important part of our daily living.

The beginning of Christianity began with God’s Ten Commandments, and was consummated one thousand years later by God Himself. This Magnificent Gift of Love from God to man was conceived in Grace, and permitted to teach mankind the Beauty of life, the Purpose of life, and the Rules of Life.

We must learn to express our Faith in God, in honoring Him in our daily life in our prayers, our charity, our accepting our responsibilities, and our example of sound values and sound standards.”
