“Bible History tells us that in the beginning of Christianity, there was much unreasonable hate for those who proclaimed they were Christians.
Many horrible practices victimized the Christians and yet the Christians continued to fight for what they believed in, no matter what the consequences were.
In the quote, unquote, ‘civilized world’ we live in, it is unbelievable to understand how such cruelties could have been enacted against those who professed themselves as Christians. Crucifixions were common, plus sending men, women and children into the arena to be eaten alive by wild animals. Gladiators were constantly put to the test, and many times tricked so they would end up the loser, killed for the sheer delight of the onlookers.
A terrible price has been paid for Christianity, a price of blood, a price of commitment that no monetary measure could equal.
Christ, as He walked the earth, gave strength to all who came in contact with Him. Many things were not written in Bible History, but we can be sure that He, too, had to do many things to resist and avoid the ugliness that He was surrounded with, giving Himself time to accomplish all He had set out to do for the sake of mankind.
Bible History has revealed many stories of wickedness in which God had to show His Wrath, and perform strong punishment to permit a cleansing of so much sinfulness on the earth amongst mankind.
Heaven revealed through The Miracle Of Saint Joseph, at least seventeen years ago, that we live in a time worse than Sodom and Gomorrah. When this was revealed, people who heard it passed it off as, ‘How can this be?’ because they did not feel things were that bad, and yet looking back over this period of time, there is no doubt of the moral degradation that was then and has since grown into a proportion beyond man’s imagination.
So many times imaginative blinders are more comfortable for one to wear than for one to see, one to recognize and one to speak out against wrong that destroys the mind, the body and the Souls of so many people.
There is a strange paradox when one fears blindness of sight, yet accepts wearing imaginative blinders to shut out immoralities that destroy Souls.
Christianity has been faced with many obstacles, perhaps not always recognizable because of the cunningness, the deceit and the cover-ups that disguise what is happening, sometimes because it just bears a name that bespeaks wrong and suggests wrong, but is covered by so much facade that it is like a palatable food that you could be highly allergic to and die from.
In our time, believe it or not, there are many so-called Christians who can easily accept Communism because they see a certain point of justification in its credibility.
There are so many people preaching, teaching, instructing and counseling under the guise of knowing what they are talking about, exhibiting an assuredness of what they are saying, but in reality these same people may be using this practice to fulfill their own lives, and they are unprepared or even oblivious to how much damage they can beset those with whom they come in contact or counsel. This Statement, of course, does not mean those who are knowledgeable and qualified in particular fields of Christianity or professional fields of the much needed counseling that so many people need, but we must be aware of the ‘charlatans’, and also aware of those who accept a double-edged sword, basing their Christianity on its supposed sound structure and sound values.
Christianity, when it is practiced according to God’s Ten Commandments and Christ’s Teachings, basing one’s values and standards on Truth rather than on the possibility of getting tangled in the briar patches, must keep us constantly aware that all we hear, all we read, all we see, is not in keeping with God’s Will for us to follow or be a part of.
As Christians, we must always remember that we were created to the Image and Likeness of God, and He has a Special Purpose for His Creation of us, and that is for us to return our Soul to Him in a State of Purity, so we can be with Him, through our Soul, for All Eternity.”
