“Fear has its place in every human life. Logically it must be controlled for many reasons.
Most fear is based upon the protection of one’s body or monetary losses, but mostly physical harm rings the bell and attacks the mind, the nervous system, setting off an alarm that in every case is different, and has a different degree of action, activity, or mental strain.
Few men fear the loss of their Soul, and yet this fear should never be ignored. Few men regard the Soul, the safety of It, the Purpose of It, as being More Important than life itself.
The Soul, unseen, is felt, but few men dare or want to recognize This Unseen Reality that their conscious feeling of good over evil is innate in all men. The Reality of the very knowledge of good and evil has to tell that man relates to God, Who is All Good, and to another source that represents all wrong.
The very existence of God’s Ten Commandments is insurance to all men that God Himself loved mankind enough to Personally instill what He wants man to follow in all decisions of life, totally rejecting any impure thought, or any impure word, or any impure action that would scar the Soul. Fear of displeasing God should come before all of man’s fears.
If the world marks its 5,000 year A.D. calendar, no matter how men live, no matter how much scientific progress is obvious, is attained, God’s Ten Commandments will be the Guidelines for all men to follow, because the Intention of These Commandments, as we all know, was to have a constant consciousness of God, the Purpose of human life, and Sainthood as the Goal of life for our Soul.”
