“How does my nature, my personality, my disposition, my intentions, my attitudes, my actions, my example, affect the lives of everyone I come in contact with?
Am I indifferent to the effect I have on other people?
Do I respond critically, negatively, indifferently, when I am approached for innocent conversation or on a particular subject that I am not thinking of at that moment?
Am I charitable in my approach to everyone I meet? Do I respond with dignity to their presence? Am I respectful? Do I leave others with the impression that I am a decent human being with sound morals and sound standards? Am I loyal to confidences or do I pass them around where they should not be?
Do I talk too much, never allowing the other person a chance to express what they are thinking? Do I contradict ideas, motives, that someone else is interested in or happy about? Do I provoke irritation with my attitude, indiscreetness or obnoxious need for attention, overshadowing another person or other people? Do I respond with sarcasm when I disagree?”
