“Today I went to a very big place and I opened the door and I went to the front. A Man approached me and I said to Him, ‘I would like an x-ray.’ He said, ‘Fine,’ and I said, ‘An x-ray of my Soul.’ He said, ‘Fine,’ and He said, ‘If you will come into the next room, We’ll start the proceedings.’
I followed Him into the next room. I recognized some of the equipment; some of it I did not. But We went to the first place and He said, ‘Now look at this chart well.’ And I stared at the chart, knowing what it said but realizing that in the diagnosis, perhaps I had eliminated some of the meaning that would be beneficial for my Soul.
I looked very strongly at this chart, and He said, ‘Now, as your Technician, I feel that this first step is very important, for you to be placed correctly in front of the chart so you can see it well, so nothing on the chart will escape you.’ I said: ‘I see it, I recognize it. What will it show when I finish?’ He said, ‘Well, first, child, it will show if today you remembered to examine your conscience,’ for you see, My daughters, this child was looking at the Ten Commandments, and in the Light that was shining from the Ten Commandments the x-ray of purity was showing.
When all was finished at this first examination, We moved on to another place. I recognized all that was here. It was an Altar with a Chalice. But He said: ‘Wait a minute. We’re moving too rapidly. The x-ray will not show clearly. We must go to another place.’ So We moved in another direction.
It was a very little place, and as We both stepped into this cubicle He and I were Face to face. He said, ‘Now, to have this x-ray clearly show the Grace that’s in your Soul, We must first question how you act, how you pray, how you work and use every minute of the day.’
As I knelt upon my knees He said: ‘Let Us begin with an opening prayer. Let Us examine the first place.’ As We did this I realized that I had not taken the time to examine the Tablets as I was told to do so many times.
He got the First. I thought, ‘This is an easy one; I will pass this test with no flaw, with no slap in the face.’ But I realized, as He began to ask questions, many times that day I had replaced God with my family, with my friends, with my work and with my social grace. I said, ‘I’m sorry, God, I did not realize at the time that I had set You aside for the human race.’ ‘That’s all right, child, it must not happen again.’
We went on and on in every way, and when We reached the last one He smiled and He did say: ‘The goods of another man are important in every way. Do not forget, when you sin against one of Mine you sin against Me, and there must be regret.’
When We finished in the cubicle I felt weary and perhaps disturbed, but the Blessing that He gave was one alone, for He said to me, ‘I hand you Grace, and with this Grace you can go on, for this Grace will change the x-ray at the end.’
As We came out of the cubicle and We walked to the Altar of Love, He stood behind and He said to me: ‘This is My Flesh and Blood. Children are forgetting that This is truly My Gift to them, and through It, with It, in It, the Love It is wipes out all expression of sin; for a child that holds Me within cannot be in sin. Teach the children to know this. Give them the strength to cherish It. Now, child, let’s walk on and look further into the Soul so We will be able to see any darkness left in It.’
We walked a little further on, and I looked at a big urn of water, and then I looked into His Face, and I asked Him what it meant. He said, ‘Men forget the beauty of a Sacrament, but the Water of Life that is handed to man in Baptism, takes the Soul that I created and gives It the strength, gives It the Faith, gives It the hope, and cleanses It.’
Now, My children, We walked on. By this time I was not sure, but He said: ‘Come, the time is short. And now I will show you a special one, a test that every day, every man does face, a test that says decision is made; it must be correct, but men say, “Ah, if it’s wrong, I’ll make the most of it.”’
We faced a mirror, Each of Us, but in the mirror I could not see Him. I could only see the reflection of me. Where He was, there was no Him. I glanced, I noticed my hair appeared disheveled; my dress, perhaps with a wrinkle in it.
As I turned to look at Him, He smiled and said: ‘After consuming the Body and Blood of Me your Soul is brighter, child. Remember this.
‘And do not forget that when you teach My Way and show children the time is limited, the x-ray will shine so bright that I will not see a flaw in it. Teach the children to tell others of Me and when they do, tell them this: that every day is a day to x-ray their Soul with the formula I have given It.’
So be it.”
SAINT ALPHONSUS LIGUORI
“It is easier to live seeking purity than to live accepting immorality, for to seek purity in every moment of the day gives more Light to the human way, more Reason for it, more Purpose to it, more Love in it, more satisfaction in the Goal it was given for.
Men must understand that to fight in a court of law would be foolish if you had no plan. If there was no knowledge to base the facts upon, only a foolish man would stand up, shout words, for then no justice could be shown; but a wise man asks for Light, Enlightenment. He studies and he has control, and he uses every bit of energy to right the wrongs.
My children, I am Saint Alphonsus Liguori, and I speak often through this child who stands on a tightrope of Light for man, in what men would term ‘the midst of the wilds’. Men have forgotten the beauty of peace, the justice in truth and the hope in purity. Men have forgotten to stand up to be counted for morality.
I oftentimes speak through this child and I pace back and forth, with justice in every action that I take, with hope in Every Word, for the Soul’s sake.
I ask you on this day to take the Words that were first given to you on x-ray and hand Them to one else whom you know. And remember that you are in charge of the x-ray of your Soul. Be aware, My children, of all that is right. Be aware of the Beauty of Light, and be aware of troubled waters, for in them the evil one approaches and he tries to make things look right.
So, as you are Blessed with a Heavenly Love, remember, My children, the x-ray of hope is God’s Love. So be it.”
