“The Priesthood is a privilege. It is sad to know and to say that the failure to carry this task out, this vocation through, in its beautiful way, is because the enemy of God puts doubt, and offers temptation in opportunities and ways that divide the vocation, sometimes into more than two parts.

There are many men who accept this vocation wholeheartedly, with a deep love for the privileges that are connected to it, in it, and of course, it takes great moral strength to fight the evil temptations that interfere with this special love for this vocation.

Christ designed this vocation. It is special in so many ways, and it is constantly under attack to destroy it, sometimes just to weaken it so it will be diminished in the sight of those who depend upon it, who depend upon it to be the closest thing to Christ they can relate to, they can look up to, they can find solace in understanding, hope, forgiveness, and sound friendship.

There is so much occurring in the midst of this vocation because of the encouragement, many times, of those who try, in many ways, to corrupt the individual. This corruption is based on lust, anger, jealousy, and all these things instigated by the evil one, using the weaknesses of someone or others to destroy the spirituality, the morality, and the dedication to save Souls.

The Priesthood was founded so that men, women and children would have that closeness with God that nothing else could give. The vocation of the Priesthood is not lonely when it is lived, continuously doing the work it was intended to do. How can one be lonely when they are busy doing The Father’s Will, using their time for charity, for the benefit of the mind, the body and the Soul, always remembering the responsibility of their vocation has the highest form of working to do what is best, what is right, what is good, selflessly acting to secure Souls?

A man who accepts that special profession to teach mankind the practice of devotions must be totally dedicated spiritually, morally, mentally, to be able to withstand the differences in opinions that will be presented to him by so many regarding God’s Commandments, and the reason for such specific times for devotional prayer.

The man who accepts the profession, the vocation of the Priesthood, is instructed and given particular responsibilities that are closely connected to Our Lord’s Manner, Way, and Practice in teaching, in forgiving, and that Special Gift regarding the Changing the bread and wine into The Body and Blood of The Son of God.

Many men, behind doors, discuss this Special Gift, and in many ways, doubt the Fullness of This Gift, not intentionally, but because of the Magnitude they see It stands for. Their acceptance, their belief, at given times, gives them the strength to continue to practice personally, publicly, what they are professed to do.

There are so many areas of this vocation of life that need This Great Miracle Of The Beloved Saint Joseph. The strength in What has been given will give strength to those who will be open to receive It. So be it.”
