“Patience will not cure the ills of the world. Patience is not an antidote to the ills of the world. Patience, in this manner of thinking, only allows more ills, more illnesses — psychological, physical and Spiritual — to develop, and also, to grow.

So many men and women are using patience, thinking it is a way to allow time to cause the change, the changes that must take place. This form of disturbance, of sickness in the world cannot be cured by the mere, sheer practice of patience.

In your news media you hear topics that are just presented teaching the subject, not the fullness of their real
in-depth seriousness regarding all that mankind is about. Political issues are oftentimes given in a form so the public can understand a certain degree of what is going on. The full description, the interior means, problems and dimension are rarely if ever given to the fullest degree.

Spiritual problems are in the same state of reality. Sometimes the emphasis is put on some area of Spiritual practice that does not relate or relay the whole picture, the whole meaning of what is actually happening, so mankind uses patience, waiting for all areas to be justified, and this will not happen.

We have said many times, ‘You live in a time worse than Sodom and Gomorrah.’ Very, very, very few understand the magnitude of this Statement, and when It is heard, It is passed on, passed by, passed over in a form of patience that can never, will never change the condition, the situation, even in a small way.

Throughout the world there is no real strength individually, uniformly, or unified that represents solidly the soundness of true belief in The One True God. Men argue more over what they call or refer to God as ‘a Gender Significance’, rather than seeing God, understanding God, recognizing God as The Creator of All Things.

Discipline, self-discipline, control, self-control is misunderstood. Many times discipline and control are key words to some people, but in their interpretation, it means discipline of others, control of others, omitting self-discipline, self-control. Many times people in charge of others use this form of institutional power and practice their own freedom in all areas of living, dismissing the fact that they belong to the same human race that others do.

When We have spoken of the importance of the will, We have said it distinctly so there could be no misinterpretation, no justification that one would have more power to direct another human being’s decisions than the individual has for the benefit of one’s own Soul. This, of course, eliminates the weak practice of using patience as ‘an out’, as ‘a means’, as ‘a course’, eliminating responsibility.
