“Loyalty is a very special part of human life because very few people feel the necessity of loyalty, the obligation of loyalty, and also, the responsibility that loyalty gives, to ourselves first, and of course, then to other people.
Loyalty is a precious form of life because loyalty gives strength, understanding, gives hope, love. Loyalty determines our closeness to each other. Loyalty is part of fidelity.
Loyalty is always evident in any hope we have, loyalty to God if we are praying, loyalty in prayer when we say we will pray for someone else. Loyalty has a special meaning in our lives.
A long time ago, when I walked the earth, loyalty was very important to all those with whom I walked, for as we responded to loyalty we placed our loyalty to God first, then we placed our loyalty in our example to others, what we taught, what we spoke, and of course, in our appearance.
We expressed loyalty to God’s Commandments, the importance of this loyalty, and that this loyalty was never to be a hidden loyalty, but a loyalty that was something beyond what the relationship was with someone else.
Loyalty is not a big word but it has much meaning. When you promised to not sin against a particular Commandment, you also promised your loyalty to God. Whether you made this promise to an individual, to a priest, or on paper, it was an important commitment.
Loyalty is a bond. Loyalty is a binding action, whether the action be in thought, word, deed. Loyalty is a promise to reach for no flaws in a relationship.
I am Saint Alphonsus Liguori. I have spoken many, many times. Much of what was read tonight was spoken by Me, through an instrument in the world, for you to better understand what you are up against, and also, for you to contemplate how loyal you are to God. He is loyal to you. There is never a disloyalty from Him to you.
Many times you make many promises. When you are in need, when you care to have something happen, promises come easy, but your loyalty to carry out the promises sometimes wanes when the promise feels as though it is in the past.
I have spoken thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of Words, directing men and women, from the beginning of This Great Miracle to the time that I speak to you now. Some have listened, learned, and held the Messages close to them. Some have walked away from the Messages, finding another path less humble, and in many ways, less respectful to The Commandments of God.
You are men with degrees of intelligence, and there is not one man present here who does not have a will to live by, with, and this will, as you have been told, is your decision maker. If you will loyalty in your life, it will be. If you will to enjoy all that is immoral, it will be your decision, but the next time you make a decision and you know this decision should be based on one of God’s Commandments, remember His Loyalty to you and remember the importance of your loyalty to Him.
There is much in the world to be changed. Your loyalty to God can be your effort, your support, your understanding, your willingness, your part, through your example, through what you say, what you do, how you do it, how you dress.
There are many ways to perform Spiritual Works of Mercy in the lay way. There are many ways for you to perform Corporal Works of Mercy, as a layman in the world. To some the Spiritual Works of Mercy seem so much easier, to others the Corporal Works of Mercy seem to be a path that they feel more comfortable in; but, in reality, whether in your mind you choose the Spiritual Works of Mercy or the Corporal Works of Mercy, you must understand one thing: one includes the other. They are not totally separated. One does not seem to work without the other one, in reality.
You are Blessed in many ways: first of all, for your degree of Faith. It is a Blessing from The Father. You are Blessed in other ways: your abilities, your capabilities, your desire to grow closer to God. You are Blessed with an intellect that can transfer what you are doing now into activity at a moment’s notice.
Some of you are not pleased with the type of work you are performing. Some of you want to do more. Some of you have vocations you have not even touched upon yet, for one reason or another. Some of you, at one point in your life will say, ‘I will make this change because I feel this change will give me more opportunity to express what I truly feel, what I feel I am all about.’
Never be afraid of change when it is for good, when it will, in many ways, draw you closer to God, for that is what life is all about, unity with God through your mind, your body, and eventually, of course, Total Unity with the Soul.
You are Blessed with The Father’s Light, a Light you may be searching for in a way that perhaps It shines differently to each man, for each man, but remember one thing, that when We speak, We reach you through Divine Intervention and through Divine Light. So be it.”
