Saint Augustine

“A task: What do you do with it? Permission: How do you handle it? The accent on reality: Where does it go? The purpose of the task: Is it for a higher goal? The reality of your participation in it: Does it weaken you, interest you, strengthen you, create adventure in you, or does it leave you cold?

A task for The Father is different than a task ordinary to man, for a task for The Father is not judged by Faith, but acted upon, with and in Faith. Judgment is The Father’s Privilege, Way, Will, for all men. A task to give others Life, Light, Hope, is a task that should be accepted with joy, and yes, love. No man is expected to understand the Will of The Father; just be obedient to It for the Goal He intends It to be.

Perfection is not man’s to enjoy, but perfection, purification is for men to seek. No man is capable of the perfection, the purification he wants. So, to be critical, to have lack of understanding is not reality. Reach for perfection, reach for purification, and do not feel you have it, for it will take many hours of concentration on the Ten Commandments, in the understanding Them and living Them, that will create the perfection of the physical role. Do not use meditation alone as a form of communication, for meditation can sometimes draw you away from the Throne.

Many men in the world are unsatisfied with how they are, who they are, and the reason they were born. I, My children, am a Saint, Saint Augustine. The child is surprised Whom I am, for sometimes she becomes so accustomed to hearing from Certain Ones that Those of Us Who speak less often surprise her.

So many times men like to read upon, about the past History of men who appeared weak, indifferent, unable to control their feelings, emotions, manner and way of life, and then to suddenly feel the force and the forge of strength that came forth to give them a new role.

I, Saint Augustine, smile at this and say, ‘Men of all races, all colors, all creeds, have much to learn.’ Many men feel they are as strong as a rock, as pure as what you would call ‘the snow’. But let Me say this to you: ‘A rock has a breaking point and snow is not pure. It appears white, but with each particle that falls to the ground, a particle of dust could possibly show.’

I bless you from the Heavens and I say with great Love, ‘Do not put yourself above The Father, for if you do, you will be overshadowed by the weakness that is yours because, you see, no man is as good as he might feel he is. There is always room for improvement to reach a Higher Goal.’ So be it.”
