“Are you in tune with God now? God is not an emotional Being. God is Strength, He’s Purpose, He’s Light, and God is All Things. But when you pray, what do you feel: self-love, or do you feel love for Him? Are you in tune with why and how He sent His Son to the earth, and in the warmth of this, are you truly in tune with yourself?
So many people throughout the world do not truly know what it is to be in tune with God, to love Him. And I, Saint Athanasius, say that in the time in which you live today, be aware that it is better to be in tune with God than with man, for God says, ‘Watch Me, obey My Commandments, and pray according to the manner I have Decreed to be.’ Man says: ‘What stimulates me? What stimulates you? What motivation is there in the plan?’
I, Saint Athanasius, say that I walked the earth and I fought a heresy in My day; the heresy, similar to the one in your day. And oftentimes, I would walk to my room and I would say: ‘God, help me in every way. Help me to know if they are right or wrong. Help me to feel what they say. Help me to know what You want of me today. Help me to fight, if it is a heresy against You, all the way. And do not allow me to compromise, do not permit me to pacify, and do not walk away from me, but stay with me so I can stand strong, stay with me so I can give to them the example of right and wrong. God, help me to know. Help me to diminish this heresy, as I feel it to be.’
Now, in the time in which you live, there is a great heresy in the world; great only because it is big, not in the beauty of it. But remember this, My children, that Pentecostalism is a heresy. It is against all things God would give. It is against the Beauty of Him, it is against the Truth of Him, and it gives man a feeling of being Him. So, be aware and be in tune with what God would want you to have.
A woman speaks, but it is truly I, Saint Athanasius. I lived a long time ago, and the heresy I fought was one such as this one. And she, too, feels alone. But, in the world in which you live, you must become strong, not arrogant, but strong: strong in Faith, strong in love, strong in light, strong desiring purity, for there are men all around who say, ‘I want to go where that woman is and hear What she does say,’ but they are too lazy and they feel they have the human way.
So remember, My children, to be human is a privilege; to be Divine is God’s Judgment, God’s Love, God’s Way and God Himself. But be aware that as you fight the heresy today, know that We, too, fought a heresy, strong, firm, and it was against all The Father Willed.
So, as I bless you from the Heavens Where I am, I say: ‘If you were chosen on this day to stand and fight for God, in spite of everything that other men say, would you join the army? Would you fight strong? Would you stand in firmness and Truth, or would you hide from the throngs? Would you walk in back of a door, like some children do? Would you hide under a counter, as so oftentimes children do?’ When there is an earthquake, there is a bomb, children hide under the flat surface of a table, sometimes out of fear, sometimes because they feel it would protect them.
And now, I return to what the beloved Saint Alphonsus Liguori said today: ‘To hide in a cabinet, under a table, be sure that you know while you are there, you have a way out, because you see, the door could lock and you couldn’t come out again, to see. And when you hide under the table, beware and be aware that you are not hiding from God, for He is there.’
So, as I bless you from the Heavens, and I say, ‘The door is not closing on you, but opening for you today,’ come to Heaven. Be aware of purity and fight heresy, for as you do it, when you do it, be sure that you do it in His Name. I bless you and I say, ‘Remember the table, remember the door, remember the heresy, because as you do, you will find the Way to The Holy Trinity.’ So be it.”
