“My beloved children, I burn the child’s eyes with the Light of Divine Love. I am Teresa of Avila. I speak through her to many children here tonight.

There are some who are conscious of a religious vocation. There are some who are saying, ‘I want to follow a religious way,’ and I say to them, girl or boy, man or woman, ‘Be aware of these two things: If you desire to follow The Holy King, The Father of all men, The Creator of All Things, do it in this way: kneel, pray, ask for guidance, and as you get the guidance say, “Is it truly for me today?” And, if you will but take a little sacrifice and work it toward God in a special way, you will find that you might tire of the sacrifice, and then you will know that to walk the religious way is not for you, for to walk the religious way takes much sacrifice if you do it the correct way: the way for purity, the way for Sainthood.’

I, Saint Teresa of Avila, have spoken many times through this child, and in the speaking I have taught children how to pray. So on this night, in your day, on this beloved Hill of Hope for The Beloved Saint Joseph, I will teach you now a prayer to say:

Heavenly God, Heavenly Way, if I am to walk the religious way, let me know and teach me how to sacrifice in many ways. Teach me how to do the things to help others save their Souls. Teach me to do the things such as this: In the morning when I awaken, to make The Sign of The Cross, and before I retire at night make me make The Sign of The Cross; and oh, please help me to know that the little sacrifices I made during the day were to also help me grow. Teach me, firsthand, the Beauty of God’s Hand.

‘Oh please,’ I say, ‘walk each day loving God more, sacrificing and doing penance, and then you will find out if you are cut out for the religious way.’ So be it.”
