“What is communion? Man says he has a definition for it. He sometimes calls it ‘a joining’. Some men even say, ‘It’s kind of a participation.’ Some men would immediately say, ‘Holy Communion.’ Some men would not be familiar with the word in any way.

I ask you now to visualize communion with God, through prayer, through acts of love, through thoughts. Make it a habit that each day you will be conscious of communion with Him. To secure this communion, receive Holy Communion. Make it a must, make it a trust, make it a habit with you. When you do, you will find a peace, a joy, a tranquility, an understanding, a giving, a thinking, and yes, sometimes even a warmth of love.

My children, I, Saint Joseph, speak firmly to you today, but with understanding. Sometimes all a child needs is an awakening to truth, an awakening to meaning, an awakening to what is best for him. When you are cold you demand heat. When you are warm you seek coolness. When you are hungry you seek food. When you are tired you seek sleep. When you are spiritually void you must seek God. Use your will in this way, as you do for physical needs. Keep this in mind at all times.

I bless you with My Love and with the strength to grow deeper in love with The Trinity. So be it for now.”
