“There is no moment in the day that The Father is not present. All of Us Saints Here in the Heavens are aware of His Presence.

We hear so many individuals when they say their prayers. They say it with feeling, but many of them do not truly understand that The One to Whom they are praying is Above all things, even man.

The world has been Blessed by a Gift of Divine Love. Granted, It is in a small place, and yet It delivers All that is spoken from Here to thousands of places, so that men, women and children will be aware of It taking place.

I speak differently today because, in the human way, all ages want things to be in the manner in which they speak.

I am not going to speak long, because there are Several Saints surrounding Me, but I have come to remind you, a small group, that you live in a time in which many important things are occurring because of the Importance of the Souls that human beings are gifted with at the moment of conception. The Soul is placed at that time, and so many individuals feel that the Soul is placed at the birth. That is not so, because the conception is guided by The Creator of All Things.
