Without sound legal parameters, all actions, directions of human life would be in chaos, with no system to be ruled by, no sound regulations to hold the values of character in human beings, characteristics of how individuals had restrictions when a subject, a matter, a situation or a condition was to be considered logical, volatile, necessary or valuable.

I speak in this manner, this way, to alert the human minds of all who will read My Words to value the conditions of how one’s abilities, intentions, involvements are necessary, or can be lucrative in certain measures, ways. So many times, when one in authority gives permission for something to be accomplished, it is sad to hear negativism because it oftentimes delays success.

I am speaking very slowly through this little one, due to the fact that All We have placed upon her in several areas weighs in an immeasurable degree of concern, worry, obligation. As she cries out for help from Us, We cannot always address the subject the way she pleads for it to be addressed, because of the magnitude of the subject, or the necessity of what is instructed to be done will not show evidence of its importance immediately.

Oftentimes time can be termed ‘abusive’ in its offering satisfaction, help, even hope.

As I leave you, it is important that you know the weight of Responsibilities abound in a manner, degree, way, that a human mind fears to behold.

The world has been gifted with a Precious Gift of Divine Love, wherein so much important subjects are spoken, are written, and must be heeded by those who are exposed to them.

As I leave you I will address one more subject. It is sad for Me to say that throughout the world prayer is not as prevalent as it should be. So be it.”
