"The absence of truth usually causes turmoil, discouragement, impatience. From this time on, regarding your Spiritual growth, let your truthful manner be shown obviously so that others will under-stand what is good.

In the Realm Where I am, I announce, ‘The children must know of truth.’ The Other Saints shout out, ‘God’s Will be done in this way.’

You see, My children, the state of things is to cover evil in the manner easiest to follow: forget prayer, it is too time-consuming; forget sacrifice, it causes you delay in other things; forget penance, it’s of the past.

Now let us tell the truth regarding these, and how favorable they are in God’s Way. The truth is this: Prayer must be part of your daily existence. It will help you grow, help you accept, help you to know a greater togetherness with Divine Plan and Way. Prayer will give you strength, courage, communication. Prayer will help you understand God’s Will, God’s Way. Prayer will teach you about God and about Heaven. Prayer will enlighten you in distinct ways. Prayer is necessary in all ways. It is as food, for as you feed the physical needs with the daily acceptance of food, drink, clothing, cover, sleep, you must feed the Spiritual with The Holy Eucharist, with the Holy Rosary, with prayer.

Another truth — sacrifice is necessary. As you sacrifice you perform acts of love in God’s Way, acts that will give you strength along the way.

Now let us examine penance. Penance, in its true form, is a thing of beauty. It teaches you the beauty of giving, of doing. As you perform penance, it says to God:

‘I am unworthy to accept all the
things You give, so this is my
little justification for my
acceptance. It is my doing
something to offset my greed.’

It says:

‘I love You, God, and I am
unworthy to receive so much
from Thee.’

My daughters, your life in the physical form is of great importance to The Father. He gave it to you, He nourishes it, He watches over it. Please know this and treat your daily way in the manner of a true, loving child. Let those around you see a beauty of example from you. Walk as Mary walked: gentle, kind, giving, loving, understanding, perpetually conscious that it was important that each day be cared for, be handled in doing God’s Will His Way, to help mankind think of Him, go to Him, accept Him, serve Him.

Man is dubious about certain things — when shall I kneel, when shall I not kneel? If this is such an important factor to you, kneel at times other than what you would call critical moments. Rather than deliberate so long on a given time, spend more time in sacrifice and penance and more time kneeling in prayer. A balance for you. Does it not sound fair?
